Terms of Service
Last updated: October 23, 2026. These terms apply to the Elythera Discord server, its Discord applications, the dsc.elythera.com site, the Elythera Launcher and the Minecraft servers hosted by Elythera. They supplement the server rules. What we do with your data is explained in the Privacy Policy (dsc.elythera.com/confidentialite).
Translation provided to help you: if there is any difference, the French version prevails. Français
Who are we?
Elythera is a French-speaking community run by the team of the Elythera Discord server (“the team”, “we”). To reach us: contact@elythera.com.
These terms cover:
- the Elythera Discord server and its bot “Elythera”: levels, quests, games, tickets, personal voice channels, moderation;
- the public Discord application “Elythera Partenaire” (Elythera Partner), which partner servers invite to their own server; after 24 hours, it automatically leaves any server that is not registered as a partner;
- the dsc.elythera.com site: public showcase, members' dashboard, games, forum, gallery, news, partner zones, launcher download;
- the Elythera Launcher and the Minecraft servers hosted on Elythera's infrastructure, including for partners;
- signing in “with Elythera” to the team's internal services.
Elythera is neither affiliated with nor endorsed by Discord, Mojang or Microsoft. Discord, Minecraft and their logos are trademarks of their respective owners.
Accepting these terms
By using any of these services, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them: at any time, you can leave the Discord server, log out of the site and uninstall the launcher.
Some features have their own rules, shown when you use them: newcomer verification, partner events, the adults-only channel, application-based events. They apply in addition to these terms.
Your Discord account and your age
- Almost everything goes through your Discord account. You must therefore comply with Discord's Terms of Service and its Community Guidelines (discord.com/terms, discord.com/guidelines).
- You must be at least the minimum age required by Discord in your country.
- Access to the adults-only channel is granted to members who hold the “majeur” (adult) role and who accept its rules in writing. This access is not removed automatically if you later lose that role: the team can remove it. Lying about your age to get in is forbidden.
- The site's dashboard is reserved for members of the Elythera Discord server. A person banned from the server can only access the appeal zone; a person invited by a partner can only access that partner's zone.
- You are responsible for what is done with your account. Never share a verification link, a password, a second-factor or backup code, or a launcher link request.
Your account on the site
- You log in with Discord. A session lasts 7 days; you can log out at any time.
- You can add a second factor to your account: authenticator app, passkey, backup codes. Backup codes are only shown once: keep them somewhere safe.
- If the team enables this option, you can also log in with an email address and a password (at least 12 characters).
- An account created without Discord is limited: it is used to manage that account and to read the site. Linking it to your Discord account afterwards is permanent.
- Signing in “with Elythera” to the team's services requires being a member of the server, not being banned, holding the required roles and, if the service requires it, having a second factor. These conditions are checked again each time access is renewed: as soon as they are no longer met, access is cut off.
- To use their administration and moderation powers on the site, team members must have presented their second factor less than 60 minutes ago, unless the server operator has switched off this requirement in an emergency. On Discord, the team's commands depend on each member's roles and rank, without a second factor.
Rules of conduct
You follow the rules of the Elythera Discord server. Everywhere in the services:
- no harassment, insults, threats, discrimination or incitement to hatred;
- no illegal content; adult content stays in the dedicated channel, and no sexual content involving a minor, anywhere;
- no spam, flooding, unauthorised advertising or mass mentions;
- no impersonating a member, the team or a partner;
- no sharing other people's personal information (identity, address, photo, contact details…);
- no abusive reporting: it can cost you the right to report;
- no attempt to get around a sanction, a limit, an access control or the security of the bot, the site, the launcher or the Minecraft servers.
To report a problem: /signaler, /signaler-msg, the report button in the games, or a ticket.
Cheating, automation and bugs
- Rewards (XP, currencies, items, leaderboard positions) are earned by genuinely taking part. Scripts, macros, autoclickers, selfbots and any tool that writes, clicks, plays or stays in voice in your place are forbidden, apart from the games' official aids.
- In the Clicker, holding down the click is only allowed with the official perk (Astre or server tag bearer). The server caps the click rate and, if the team turns on detection, spots autoclicker behaviour: depending on its setting, this leads to a report to the team or to your earnings being frozen. The team can then suspend your Clicker.
- Exploiting a bug, a flaw or a calculation error to gain an advantage is forbidden: report it through a ticket. The team can correct, remove or reset whatever was obtained that way.
- Bumps only count if they come from DiscordL or Disboard and are confirmed as the bot asks; votes only count if they are confirmed by DiscordL.
- Agario's automatic players are official bots, shown as such on screen.
Alt accounts and newcomer verification
- Using several accounts to earn more, to vote or bump several times, to get around a sanction or to come back after a ban is forbidden.
- An account that the team recognises as an alt of another account is marked: it no longer earns XP, server currency, hunt items, badges, backgrounds, quest rewards, bumps or votes; it can no longer buy anything in the server shop (Minecraft cosmetics included) or in the hunt shop; its cosmetics are no longer displayed in game; it disappears from the leaderboards for levels, the economy, the hunt, bumps, votes, the Clicker and board games. Agario and ElyRPG do not yet take this marking into account: playing them with an alt account is still forbidden. If you change accounts, the team can transfer your progress to the new one; your sanctions and exclusions then follow the person, not the account.
- Depending on the team's setting, newcomers go through internal verification on the site (“✅ Verify me” button). The link is personal and valid for 15 minutes.
- When verification is in active mode: VPN, Tor and relay connections are refused (try again without them, or ask for a review by the team); a Discord account created less than 7 days ago has to wait, and access opens by itself on the announced date; if you decline to have your browser read, or in case of any other suspicion, a team member reviews and decides, and you stay in quarantine (limited access to the server) until their decision, even if you leave and then rejoin the server.
- A review left without a decision can be closed, for example after you leave the server or request erasure: you are notified and can then try again.
- Never attach an ID document or a photo: the team must never ask you for one.
- The data used, how long it is kept and your rights are detailed in the verification notice: dsc.elythera.com/verification/infos.
What the team can do on your account
To run, correct and protect the services, the team can:
- correct your progress: set your XP or your level, grant compensation, reset your game in the Clicker, Agario or ElyRPG;
- on your site account: change your email address, set a password, remove your second factors or regenerate your backup codes (for these actions, you receive a notice by email or by direct message when possible); assign you a service address, disable or re-enable the account (you are not notified of these actions);
- open a session in your name to diagnose a problem (“identity borrowing”). In read-only mode, for 30 minutes: the administrator sees the site as you do and can open, under your identity, the team's services you have access to; they can neither post, nor spend, nor touch your account's security, nor administer or moderate (only exception: opening a game page can create your starting data). You are notified by direct message if your account is linked to Discord and your direct messages are open, and by email if your address is verified and email sending is set up; otherwise, you may not be. In full mode, for 7 days at most, the administrator can act in your place, with your administration or moderation rights if you have any, including on your account's security, and you are not notified. Every borrowing is recorded and announced in the team's log channel. When founder status is enabled, no one can borrow the founder's account;
- read the direct messages you send to the bot, reply to them and import the history of that conversation;
- watch a game in progress; an administrator who has presented their second factor can see the cards in hand in a game of Corolle, and each viewing is logged.
Changes made by the team from the site are recorded in an audit log.
Sanctions
Depending on the seriousness, the team can:
- on Discord: warn you, mute you for a limited time (at most the limit allowed by Discord), kick you or ban you. Sanctions issued with the bot or from the site are notified to you by direct message, with their reason if one was given, if your direct messages are open; a sanction applied directly in Discord or by another bot is not;
- on the site and in the games: disable your web account; exclude you from the forum, the gallery, tickets, personal voice channels, matchmaking or Astre perks; ban you from Agario by account and by IP address; mute you in the Agario chat; freeze or suspend your Clicker; refuse your verification;
- hide or remove content, lock a forum topic, remove an item, a cosmetic or progress obtained irregularly, mark an account as an alt.
A sanction always has a human author, except for these automatic measures: at verification, the refusal of VPNs, the wait imposed on accounts that are too recent and quarantine while waiting for a person's decision; exclusion from a partner's events when you leave its server or are banned from it; and, if the team turns on detection and allows it, the freezing of Clicker earnings. You can ask for a person to review each of these decisions (see “Challenging a decision”).
A Clicker suspension is always decided by the team: for a duration it chooses, with no end date, or on an escalating scale that lengthens with each repeat offence and can end in a permanent suspension; on that scale, you move back down one step after 30 days without a new sanction.
With the bot or from the site, a team member can neither sanction themselves nor sanction someone of equal or higher rank.
Challenging a decision
- Ban from the Discord server: log in to the site with your Discord account to reach the appeal zone, if the team has opened it. An appeal is possible 24 hours after the ban. You write it in one go, with at most 4 screenshots, and you cannot add to it afterwards. Only one appeal is possible per ban. Authorised team members handle it; an accepted appeal lifts the ban. The site shows your appeal and the team's replies. A direct message notifies you of a reply or of the decision when possible, but a banned person often does not receive it: come back and check the appeal zone.
- Verification: the “🎫 An issue with verification?” button on the server, or a request for review by the team after VPN refusals. A refusal can be lifted by the team.
- Any other decision (warning, mute, exclusion from a feature, sanction in a game, freezing or suspension of the Clicker, alt-account marking): open a ticket on the Discord server (at most 2 open tickets at a time) or contact us (contact@elythera.com). There is no formal appeal procedure for these decisions: the team reviews them case by case.
- Exclusion by a partner: contact the partner first; you can also contact the Elythera team (contact@elythera.com).
Virtual currencies and items
- Elythera's currencies (the server currency, hunt items, Agario nuggets, ElyRPG shards, Clicker currencies, voice tickets…) and its items (badges, profile backgrounds, Minecraft cosmetics, Astre passes…) are earned only by taking part. They have no monetary value.
- No payment goes through Elythera's bot, site or launcher: nothing there can be bought with real money. It is forbidden to sell, buy or exchange these currencies, these items or an account for money or a real-world good.
- Astre status is obtained with the Astre role, by boosting the server on Discord, or with an Astre pass you have earned (quest, virtual shop, compensation, granted by the team). Boosting is a paid Discord service: it is paid to Discord, under its terms.
- You may use them in the services, without owning them. They can be reset (levels, quests, bumps and votes at each new season, after archiving; reset of an event or a game by the team), corrected, removed in case of cheating or error, or disappear when a feature stops or an item leaves the catalogue, without any refund or compensation being owed.
- A shop purchase is refused if your balance is not enough, if the stock has run out, if you already own the item or if its price has changed since it was displayed.
Your content
You remain the author of what you post: messages, forum topics and replies, images and captions in the Creative Park (Parc Créatif), ticket messages, Agario death card, application answers… You warrant that you have the right to post it: not someone else's work without their consent, not other people's personal data.
To make the services work, you authorise Elythera, on a non-exclusive and free-of-charge basis, to host, reproduce, adapt the format of (thumbnail, size) and display this content, with your nickname and your avatar, on Discord and on the site, including publicly when its visibility is public. This authorisation applies worldwide, since Discord and the site are accessible worldwide; it is limited to display within Elythera's services, with no sale or commercial exploitation, and lasts as long as the content is published there. Afterwards, the content is only kept within the limits of the Privacy Policy (moderation records, backups). You can withdraw this authorisation by deleting or hiding your content, or by asking the team (contact@elythera.com). In practice:
- Forum: when the hybrid forum is active, what you write on the site is published in the Discord server's forum channel, under your nickname and your avatar, and what you write in that channel appears on the site, for logged-in members. A message deleted or edited on Discord remains stored, in its original version, as a moderation record visible only to the team. It is not possible to edit or delete a message from the site: to remove a message posted from the site, ask the team (contact@elythera.com).
- Creative Park: the images you post in a creative channel are automatically copied to the site and shown according to their visibility: private, members, or public (showcase visible without logging in, with a share link). If you make no choice, the server's setting applies, currently “public”. You can change the visibility of your works, or hide them, with /creations or from the dashboard. Deleting the message on Discord (or the channel, or removing the image from it) removes the work from the gallery and erases the image and its thumbnail from our servers; the bot must see this deletion: if it is done while the bot is offline, the work stays, so ask the team to remove it (contact@elythera.com). The image and its thumbnail follow the work's rules, exact address included: a private or hidden work is only served to you and to the team, a “members” work only to logged-in members.
- Hall of fame: if the team turns it on, a message that receives enough stars is reposted in a dedicated channel, with its content, its image, your nickname and your avatar.
- Tickets: messages are copied to form a history that can be viewed on the site, even after the channel is closed.
The team can hide, remove or delete content that breaks these terms. A work hidden by moderation cannot be shown again by its author.
Partner servers
- Partner Discord servers organise events on Elythera's infrastructure, in particular on Minecraft servers hosted by Elythera, and invite the “Elythera Partenaire” application to their own server.
- Each partner remains responsible for its Discord server, its rules, the messages posted there and the way it runs its events. For its events, its rules apply in addition to ours.
- A partner's managers (its team, who hold the partner role on Elythera and present a second factor) see the data of the participants in ITS events. By managing a partner, you undertake to use that data only to organise these events and to comply with these terms.
- A partner can exclude you from its events, with or without a reason, for 24 months at most. A ban from its Discord server counts as an exclusion, and leaving its server removes you from its events. A person banned from Elythera cannot sign up for partners' events.
- A partner's events do not earn you XP, quest progress or Elythera currency.
- The Elythera team can deactivate a partner.
- As a guest from a partner, you only access that partner's zone, for a session of 72 hours; the notice shown in that zone describes your data.
Launcher and Minecraft
- You need your own Minecraft account: Elythera does not sell Minecraft and does not provide any account. You must comply with the Minecraft licence agreement (minecraft.net/eula) and Microsoft's terms.
- The Elythera Launcher is not an official Minecraft product. It is neither approved by nor associated with Mojang or Microsoft.
- Linking the launcher to your Discord account opens the restricted profiles according to your roles. Never confirm a link request that someone has sent you: the code shown on the site must be the one from your launcher. The link lasts 30 days and renews with use; it is cut, at the launcher's next check, if you have left the server, if you are banned or if your account is disabled, and at any time by decision of the team. You can undo it from the launcher.
- Your Minecraft account is associated from the launcher, through a proof requested from Mojang: Elythera's servers never receive your password or your account's token. A Minecraft account can only be associated with one Discord account. Signing up for an event with another member's verified username is forbidden.
- Access codes for private distributions are reserved for the community: do not share them.
- Access to an event's Minecraft server goes through its whitelist: you are added when you sign up or when the event launches, and removed when you unregister, when the team or the partner removes you, at the end of the event, or, for permanent servers, when you leave the Discord server or are banned from it.
- Once an event has launched, you can no longer unregister yourself, except on a permanent server or if you signed up through the launcher.
- Minecraft cosmetics are bought with the site's currency, belong to your Discord account and are displayed on your associated Minecraft account, on servers equipped with the Elythera mod. The team can remove them without refund; an account marked as an alt can no longer buy or wear them.
Availability, without guarantee
- The services are provided free of charge and, to the extent permitted by law, without any guarantee of availability. We do our best to keep them working, without guaranteeing that they are always available, free of errors or free of data loss.
- The team can at any time change, put into maintenance, suspend or stop a feature (games, economy, tickets, hunt, personal voice channels…). During an announced restart of the bot, some actions are suspended.
- The database is backed up every day, but a loss of progress is still possible.
- Third-party services (Discord, Mojang and Microsoft, Twitch, partners' servers and forms, sites linked from the news…) follow their own rules and are outside our control.
Liability
- You are responsible for your content, your actions and the security of your accounts (Discord, Minecraft, the site's password and second factor).
- Content posted by members and partners is the responsibility of its authors. If content seems unlawful to you, report it (/signaler, ticket, or contact us: contact@elythera.com) stating where it is and why: the team examines it and can remove it.
- To the extent permitted by law, Elythera is not liable for losses of progress, currencies or virtual items, which have no monetary value, or for interruptions of the free services. These limits apply neither in case of gross negligence or intentional misconduct, nor in case of personal injury; they do not deprive the essential obligations of these terms of their effect and do not take away any right that the law guarantees you.
Stopping your use of the services
- You can stop whenever you want: log out, undo the launcher link, leave the Discord server.
- When you leave the Discord server of your own accord: you can no longer open a new session on the dashboard, but a session already open stays active for up to 7 days: log out if you no longer want to use it. Your Minecraft account association is deleted, your access to the team's services is revoked, you are removed from the permanent Minecraft servers, the launcher link is cut at its next check, and your verification data is erased 30 days later (unless a review is in progress, or there is a refusal or a ban).
- The rest (progress, histories, preferences, content…) is not erased automatically when you leave. There is no button yet to delete your account: to request the erasure of your data, contact us (contact@elythera.com); see the Privacy Policy.
- The team can suspend or close your access to all or part of the services if you do not comply with these terms (see “Sanctions”).
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms, for example when a feature changes. The date at the top of the page shows the version in force. A significant change is announced in advance on the Discord server, with its effective date; a change never applies retroactively. If you do not agree, you can stop using the services and request the erasure of your data; otherwise, the new version applies from the announced date.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live. In case of disagreement, contact us first (contact@elythera.com) to look for an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute will be brought before the competent court according to the legal rules, including, if you are a consumer, the court of your place of residence.
